We cannot control weather or Redline Shipping's announcements that tell us when it is and is not safe to ship. Please be sure to review the below shipping policy on how you can get live arrival guarantee and how you need to place your order to be able to qualify for a replacement from us. There are a few rules that will need to be followed. We highly recommend tracking your order as soon as you receive your tracking information. You can even sign up for updates to be texted to you on the FedEx Website!

 

SHIPPING ESTIMATES:

We ship LIVE orders on TUESDAYS only, unless otherwise stated on our Facebook. 

~ $45 for 2 Day Shipping (includes heat/ice/phase packs if indicated, crush resistant box, crush resistant/insulating foam)

~ $70 for Overnight Shipping (includes heat/ice/phase packs if indicated, crush resistant box, crush resistant/insulating foam)

We ship NON-LIVE orders on WEDNESDAYS only, unless otherwise stated on our Facebook. 

 

SHIPPING:

All spiders are shipped through FedEx via Redline Shipping, and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to that because it is illegal to ship live arachnids through any other shipping provider including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, etc. 

With this in mind, spiders and enclosures or other items CAN NOT be shipped together as a way to save on shipping cost. It will make us have to contact you to send a separate invoice with the corrected shipping price. So please, if you would like to purchase other items and a spider, you will unfortunately have to place separate orders. 

 

 

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

Live Arrival Guarantee is a service provided if your spider arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) so that it will be replaced. Below we have listed some specifics that must be followed for your order to qualify for a replacement spooder. 

How to Qualify for a Replacement Spider if DOA:

-Guaranteed live arrival is for overnight shipments only.  You will have to select the option for overnight shipping. That is the number one requirement. 

-Track your package. Once the box is dropped off, we are not responsible for anything after that point. We have no control over FedEx, delays, the weather, etc. 

-Overnight shipping is a pricier option, however, it offers your new baby the best chance to be shipped to you the fastest and safest way. We understand that things happen when it comes to the shipping carriers. However, we are not responsible for their mistakes. If you choose to do 2 day shipping, then you are taking the risk of delays, longer transit time, etc.

Therefore, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping for LAG (live arrival guarantee) other than overnight shipping. Please verify and review you have chosen the correct shipping method at check out, otherwise you could lose the protection of LAG (live arrival guarantee). With that being said, we will not replace if you chose 2 day shipping. 

• Purchase overnight shipping as your shipping method.
• Proof of dead-on arrival must be provided within 1 hour of delivery, sent by contacting us thru Facebook. 
• Shipment MUST be brought in immediately after delivery and it was not left to sit outside in extreme weather. 
• We are not responsible for DOA due to a mis-molt while in transit. We try our best to hold all spoods that are showing signs of pre-molt, unfortunately some spiders are sneaky and can be unpredictable.

 

 

Weather & Holiday Information:

Please be aware that shipments are also based on weather. We do not ship in temperatures below 35℉ or above 95℉. Temperatures of 35-65℉ require heat packs, and 85-95℉ require cold packs to ensure the safety of your animals and are included free of charge in your shipping cost.

We will avoid shipping over any holidays. Therefore, we will hold your order until the holidays have passed. 

 

 

We will not require a signature, although, packages cannot be left outside and exposed to extreme weather conditions. If left unattended outside after delivered the Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided in the event your spiders are DOA.
